FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — An employee of the RaceTrac gas station on Peachtree Parkway reportedly stole lottery tickets while working.

The station manager said the 19-year-old employee was recorded on video May 24 removing six to eight tickets from the front counter, carrying them to the back room of the store and then putting them inside his jacket.

Prior to removing the tickets, the employee was seen removing one lottery ticket from the counter and scratching it off.

In total, the tickets cost $242.

A warrant was secured for the employee’s arrest.
